Last week was my first time stoping into pure roots centerline and I’ve already been back twice! I love the I can confidently shop here knowing the flower is absolutely top notch. I’ve never shopped at a dispensary with a strict non remedial policy, and truthfully I don’t think I can ever go back. Truly clean flower makes all the difference!!

MIsty, is my hands down my favorite, she always knows exactly what I'm looking for. She takes her time with & makes sure that I am pleased with my purchase. LIV is the most laid-back & chilled place, I also appreciated the atmosphere & vibe, always a pleasure when shopping at LIV. What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Great overall selection of flower, edibles, topical creams for joint and pain relief and top shelf concentrates for dabs and bongs. The bud tenders are super patient and friendly. They also have a loyalty rewards program. I highly recommend!

I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store.
