I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. I am from out of state. So I’m visiting as many dispensaries as I can. The locals told me another place but after reading reviews I knew this would be the place that I wanted to visit! And I was right. But even more than I had expected. This is the kind of place I will want to have in my state once legal. Job well done!

Best dispensary in Michigan by far high quality product and superior service

Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!

Love it here. I have never had bad experience here. I want to stay true to RIZE, not have to go somewhere else. I hope the managers read these. You need to order some more live resin sativa vape cartridges. I need live resin and sativa. I have no problem getting to and staying asleep. I just beat lung cancer, hence live resin. This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none!
