Excellent pot shop! It was my second visit to the place but the first time that I ended up making a purchase there. The budtender that helped us, David I think his name was, was most genial, enthusiastic and helpful, and took great care to explain the whys and wherefores of what to look for in a cannabis product that’s right for the experience you want to achieve, and then recommended a specific product based on my needs. Not surprisingly, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase! You can’t go wrong with this place, Ballardians.

I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.

The staff members are very knowledgeable about the products. I needed help with a strain to assist in pain relief because I don't like taking pills. I am usually a Sativa kind of guy and the "green haired" lady helped me with Indicas. She recommended exactly what I needed, Purple Hindu Kush! I will only smoke this from now on. Thank you so much!

I had my first visit with Evergreen Market - South Renton, yesterday 03/06/26. As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. Absolutely love the way they have the entrance to this place set up. They are very secure, and they take their jobs very seriously. The staff was amiable, and welcoming. I will be returning to this store, and others could learn a thing or 2 about customer service.

I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now.
