I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. I initially had my “referral” sent to another pharmacy as it was closer to where I frequently travel as none are located in the City I live in. But after visiting the other pharmacy in person after not getting any response to my email or calls, I decided it was not a good fit for me. A friend told me of Willow, So I requested my doctor change the referral to Willow. The service was fantastic! I have only very recently obtained products from them but have been satisfied. The consultation was clear and they asked pertinent questions and answered all of mine as well. Made me much more comfortable trying medical marijuana after decades of not indulging.

I always go into the store, communications with employees, staff about my medical needs or suggestions. on staff licensed professionals that know more than me. After all like it or not, it's bud!! it takes time for the perfect bud. if you are about to bud, then don't be too stoned you may have a crazy day!

I like that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet which puts me more at ease. Some stores are very loud and it makes it hard for me to function well. They are always considerate of what you need. They make you feel valued.

I got a few strains not available anywhere else locally. Tried their Yellow Dog Farms Strawberry Cough and would buy again. Good strawberry aroma / clear headed sativa. They give 50% off as a first time patient, so that was great.

I’ve never had a bad experience here, 25+ transactions. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been knowledgeable and made solid recommendations. Always a well rounded and ever-changing selection, including heavy hitters and crowd favorites as well as some affordable options. Wide range of products too, beyond the usual flower/carts/gummies, like topicals, sodas, concentrates etc. Old school mom and pop brick and mortar feel but they don’t try to position themselves as more than that.

They get the strains I need. The website menu is more detailed about the sell days. The staff is cool. The owner is in there a lot. I've met most the growers I like at the functions there. I go probably 4 or 5 times a month. Plus they'll comp you older product for free sometimes. It's best to check the website or else it's kinda overwhelming the at first. When you learn what type strain you want go from there. They had like 5 different og kush types. Really cool building with little traffic on the street. You're never stuck in traffic getting there or leaving the parking area.

While my first experience was somewhat lacking, the owner went above and beyond to correct and make their desire for patient service & satisfaction known. My second encounter with Bud-tender Barnes was great and informative. Make sure to check out the selections online as well as in store. A great addition to the cannabis family!
