They were missing an on sale pre roll from my cart, but proactively found a similar product and applied the sale discount to it, again before I even got there. They aren't the closest store but I still drive the extra 20 minutes for the environment and quality of product. Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?
