First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. Great people that are very knowledgeable. They take care of their costumers, and look out for your best interest. Been going here for a couple years and it’s my go to spot. I’m also a veteran with PTSD and since going there they have helped change my life.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

My veterans discount was honored! I’ve been there twice in the past year and haven’t been disappointed by Columbia Care or any Cannabist Company product! The bud tenders were friendly for 8:00 am! The security guard was doing her job!!

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!
