Veronica is one of the most outgoing and helpful people, most of the time setting up an account or ordering is annoying and takes a long time but she makes it as simple as possible for the costumer, she really takes the time to go over your order and make sure it’s all right and still manages to get your order out as fast as possible. As soon as I walked in the door, everyone was kind. I felt like they were actually happy to see me. It was really cool. Good location. Nice staff. Chronically understocked for certain popular brands. Have to go to MDR shops or Hollywood sometimes since Erba is out of stock on my favorite product by the weekend, pretty much every single week, for as long as I can remember. So you can stock up on Tuesday or Wednesday, but they're not a very reliable go to for the weekend, as far as their supply. Their buyer should do better.
