This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

The selection was vast, and everything was clearly labeled and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, this location has never let me down and I’ve been a regular since opening day. Prices are awesome and quality is exceptional! Their lowest priced flower will have you way happier than the dry-headache inducing mid shelf (honestly low shelf) products at Palm Royal Collective. So save yourself the headache (literally) and head straight to this one. Trust

I placed an online order and I came in a little early due to finishing errands early. Natalie, Cassandra, and Karri were incredibly helpful and got my order gathered and even let me know I had a promo for an extra cart! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!
