I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

I'm giving high stars because I'm satisfied with my product and service, but for the product "slow" sublingual listed on Leafly as 90mg thc and cbd for 7.99, it's actually a 15mg (0.17 fl oz) bottle. I don't think I was intentionally mislead, but that needs to be adjusted! All the same, fast and easy, good products, great staff. Right by UC Davis hospital and the 50 in terms of location.

They had one strain that I knew I have used before in the form I was looking for, that meets compatibility for me and the other strain in the same form that I could try for a bargain price, to make sure it's what I could tolerate. Amazing set up on the way they allow you to shop and pick what works for you. Definitely my number 1 go to thus far.

I fell in love with the flavor of cherry gelato. It's a fruity, daytime, delight that doesn't hit you too hard to keep going. I'd say it even tastes better than normal cherry gelato. Top notch experience, got our order to us in 20 minutes. More people need to give these folks a chance. They're sweethearts.
