These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I like how I can go to all the reviews from everybody who has purchased through this business and everybody has positive feedback and only good reviews but 1 person it makes me wonder where you mad they just didn't have your products and for it to be cheap enough for your likening I feel bad for businesses who have to deal with re occuring costumers patient who have ordered previously so I'm a aware of prices and specially and even tax I believe everyone knows that tax is for everyone nobody is exempt to tax I love this delivery service for starting from the ground up and years later I'm still able to get the best product i have ever ordered from any delivery service would recommend to any patient who are look for there medicine.

Placed my order quick and easy on the phone and my driver, Anthony, showed up shortly after with a super friendly and positive attitude. 10/10 customer service.

I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

High quality meds every time I pick up. This place is definitely one of the best around!! Great flower as well. Really wanna see some Left Coast Extracts carts in this area soon!!

If you love a good flower selection, knowledgable budtenders, great prices, and a homey dispensary feel, then Redwood Herbal Alliance is the place to go! As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! The budtenders are all friends with the customers, and they have some amazing loyal fans of the shop! Stop in on your way up the 101! Every time I’m in I find something I want to buy, so you wont be disappointed!

I've been an Eaze customer since 2017, and definitely think their service is at the top of its game right now. They have the best selection on their menus, and do same-day delivery - usually under 90 minutes in my experience. I always go back to Eaze because I know they are a legal service providing safe / legal products. (Be wary of any companies that aren't charging a high tax rate, they are not operating legally...)

This might be the best dispensary in the east bay. Prices are nearly half compared to other places for the same product. Black owned business. Super nice and friendly staff. Just excellent all around :)
