This is absolutely the finest cannabis lounge in the Coachella valley. Everyone who works here from the armed guards and bud tenders to the buyer and owner understands customer service. The facility is nicely laid out and there is plenty of light and nice areas to settle into and chill out for a bit while enjoying their selection of products. However the absolute best thing about The Vault is the special event nights like the regular BINGO Wednesdays they have been doing since the fall of 2021. Fun and full of laughs and enjoyment. They have steadfastly remained open and staffed throughout the pandemic and are the single bright spot for my life over this extended pandemic. They are the BEST!

Be nice and be patience with staff when entering because this is the best authentic RX cannabis dispensary in North County (coastal area). Well informed & knowledgeable staff, about the RX products they market with all products tested, graded, & labeled as per California law. No disappointment with quality expectations. I recently visited Bulldog that truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable budtenders greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel at ease. I was blown away by the quality of the products available at this dispensary. The selection was vast, and everything was clearly labeled and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The budtenders were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations based on my needs and preferences. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They took the time to explain the effects and benefits of each product and even helped me choose the best method of consumption. Overall, I cannot recommend this dispensary enough. Honestly, this location has never let me down and I’ve been a regular since opening day. Prices are awesome and quality is exceptional! Their lowest priced flower will have you way happier than the dry-headache inducing mid shelf (honestly low shelf) products at Palm Royal Collective. So save yourself the headache (literally) and head straight to this one. Trust

They have good product and their staff is really helpful. Everytime I place an order they let me know about deals they're having and they're patient. I ask a lot of questions. Recomend this place for delivery, noticed they're a little faster than other places I've used before.

Very knowledgeable and happy to walk you through the different products they have. Once the order is placed you receive texts from CBD that the order is processing, then when the delivery leaves another text with a link to a map to follow the drivers location. I was very happy with the product and services from this company!
