I was there yesterday and I was looking for pain relief Cannabis and I met this fully tattooed man who was so very kind and respectful, he guided me to get some good quality flower for my pain... I’ve been going to Canna Junction now for two years, I moved to Susanville in July of 2022 and the first time I went I actually walk there I lived on 4th street at the time ( just a few blocks from the now closed Rite-Aid. It was a long but productive walk, I walked over 10,000 steps that day. I’ve never been treated wrong in fact it’s just the opposite, I always have a smile on my face and a cheerful attitude, sure I’ve had times where they didn’t have any of my preference of choice, I’m a big fan of the ABX for my vape, I just get another brand instead because I don’t live on 4th street anymore and I don’t drive. My SIL takes me now and I get enough to last me a month. The staff has been nothing but kind, courteous, supportive, helpful, humble and honest people.

My first visit, Gary helped me find the perfect cart. I made an online reservation and it was t at the store due to a glitch, so he recommended a comparable cartridge which was perfect. Today I went in and Chelsea helped me find the strain I wanted even though it first appeared as though it wasn't available. Both Gary and Chelsea are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The place has a huge selection of carts, flower, edibles, and smoking gear on top of their amazing staff.

Veronica is one of the most outgoing and helpful people, most of the time setting up an account or ordering is annoying and takes a long time but she makes it as simple as possible for the costumer, she really takes the time to go over your order and make sure it’s all right and still manages to get your order out as fast as possible. She really deserves a raise!! Thank you
