The Show Room Grow Room is sooo coool!!! If you want a unique cannabis shopping experience that allows you to browse at your own will, this is the place for you! The staff is so friendly and ready to help you if needed but you can browse at your own pace without feeling rushed! They also have smell bar now where you can smell jars of the flower they sell! (:

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

I called this place to see if I’d been there before and what the deals would be if so! Super nice knowledgeable associate named Javier helped me over the phone! Told me all the answers to my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him or wasting his time! Im so happy you can still call somewhere before wasting time and gas to find out it’s not what you wanted! This place is the best so far for me in San Jose ! Shoutout goes to Javier !
