I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! They are only delivery but that what you get in Marin, but they are great the guy on the phone was informative and really knew his buds. Asked him to make some recommendations and he was on it :) definitely recommend for anyone living in Marin. The delivery guy was even early, calls before they show up and was really nice. This was my first time ever dealing with a delivery dispensary and it went rather smooth.
