As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! This is a brand new location for them and dispensary for us! This is going to be my go to- they are the ONLY place here (Springs) to carry the strain-specific strain- that I need/want. The front area is big, and cozy with a couch, tv, water and atm. They have a great selection, and of course have many strains I haven't seen elsewhere in the springs. There is even a chat feature on their website and is answered quickly. The woman working the store was very helpful and quite sweet. Do yourself a favor, and drive over there. Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else.. Kind Theraputics has the best selection in town hands down... The owners Randy and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and friendly.. I love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and there’s always so much to choose from. Top shelf flower is amazing and the $50 selection is pretty good, too. Plenty of concentrates and edibles. Happy hour discounts and daily specials are great money savers, too. I can’t imagine not coming here.

I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.

This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!
