So let me start by saying I am new to all of the medical dispensaries and what to choose that can help me. The staff is very informative and they made me feel at ease in lieu of totally no clue person. I was surprised how affordable it was with discounts applied. These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth

I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. Tay is always fast and efficient! I love this dispensary so much. Always a better experience than I am expecting. Every other dispensary in Orange Park has a minimum of a 10 minute wait. I can't name a single time I've spent more than 5 mins in this place and I go here twice a week on average. Always Impresses!

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

Overall a 10/10 experience Jayson greeted with a warm friendly smile. Double checked my order and connected with customers. Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. This location was my first time here as well

Cheez and Griffin are so helpful and full of outstanding knowledge of all products. They greeted me as I came in helped me right away and provided answers to all questions I had. What a great experience

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.
