This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Green Dragon at 1712 Del Prado Blvd S. in Cape Coral is hands-down one of the best medical marijuana dispensaries I’ve ever visited. I don't know everyone's name but Noah G.,Mel,THE guy at the front desk all the security guards are nice respectful.I do notice a lot of your employees put up with alot of people that complain and at the end of the day you can tell.People are rude,your employees I have yet to see get angry.Except Dean,thats why I don't go to Ft lauderdale.That's a whole other issue.Overall Dania Beach local is by far have a lot of product,a smile when u walk in and friendly employees.#DaniaBeach Trulieve

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.
