The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

I am so satisfied with this product. This product is really good. I’ve been taking it for about a week and everything about my life is changing. I have no more pain. My depression and bipolar has gone. I’m moving around getting around into and things I haven’t done in a while. At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

I Picked Up Some Afternoon Delight #4 And Animal Scout I Was Very Pleased. I’m Very Picky When It Comes To Strains And These Guys Have Some Quality. Great Brands Like DogWalker And RYTHM Are My Favorite. 1G Carts And Higher None Of Those Over Priced.5’s. And Deals That Make Sense.

Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!
