Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

I'm really beginning to hate their website it has become almost impossible to place an order ahead of time because the site keeps freezing up.

Very good prices! Quality of product is also good! Definitely good medical cannabis. Their “Tahoe OG and “Kingdom Chem” are by far the best flower:) Not too big of a selection of accessories but hey its a dispensary not a smoke shop! Give them a try!

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

This was my first time going to a dispensary, they were very friendly and considerate. The guy knowledgeable and helped me because he knew it was my first time, I definitely recommend.

What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. He was friendly and patient when I asked him a few questions about the services he was providing for me as a patient of Capitol Wellnes Solutions. Pros and cons are the same everywhere.
