I was here tonight my 1st time,the woman who took care of me was literally amazing!! Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . Even let me get grams of a few diff flowers I wanted to try. I will absolutely be back from here on! I found my new spot! The product is what I've been looking for! Recently moved to NC from CO. And Kefi Kanna has everything I need from strong Edibles, awesome Flower selection, Carts , disposable vapes. And wait the best part is they have a smoke lounge and dab bar awesome atmosphere with great vibes. Day pass was only $5. They had electric dab rigs to use and rolling trays stocked with papers, blunt wraps, tips, grinders everything you need to enjoy a nice smoke session.

I have shopped here several times and I'm never disappointed. even when they've made a mistake they were quick to fix it! my favorite products tend to be from the 605 line, but they have a good selection typically all the time from local growers!

This place was beyond amazing. First time trying it and Randy helped us out he was beyond mind-blowing and phenomenal. He took his time with us and was more than happy to show me all kinds of different strains and answer any questions I had. He never made me feel rushed and was very pleasant.

I rely on dispensaries having up-to-date menus on Leafly, most don’t. Top Leaf does and I really appreciate it. The service was great and I will be back. Great selection and worth the 45 minute drive (one way).

I love my visits but I just wish they updated the list on leafly so I can look at list and decide what I wanna buy when I get there . I get sometimes u might run out of strains but 3 months ago is a very old list .please update list on leafly.love the store though in-person great ppl.

I looked around for awhile undecided what I wanted he asked my price range I gave it to him and he showed me what was available. Got a very nice ounce for the price range I had.
