I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. Please keep up the great work URB !!

I moved back to the state for legal flower. As I read the reviews I have one request to all that are dissatisfied. Move states. There are states where (street weed) is what one buys illegally. At Greenlight whatever one purchases is clean. I buy flower. From the seed to me it is regulated. I moved here for a safe high. But then again I came from a state where one buys what's on the street. Thanks to Greenlight I have the pleasure of a safe high. I am thankful.

It discreetly, but conveniently located off the main streets by the Walmart Superstore. The prices are ridiculous, but in line with the rest of the dispensaries. You can phone your order in for pickup, OR you can just go shopping. People have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. I hope you are able to update the site with the more current information. I was going to check out the other “local” dispensaries, but after reading the other reviews, I probably will keep going here for my herbal shopping needs

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are!
