My favorite dispo by far. Nice deals on nice product and terrific well informed staff. Every receipt has some kind of discount for the following week and the rewards points are nice as well. The two Jos are particularly nice and have turned me on to some fine stuff for pain and for sleep.

I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

I can't even guess how much time they spent with me figuring out my needs the first time I went there. And I never felt rushed. Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.
