I'm really beginning to hate their website it has become almost impossible to place an order ahead of time because the site keeps freezing up.

What a cool experience. I still feel a bit awkward openly walking into the store but I promise you, I'll get over it!!! I appreciate the over-the-top service starting right at the front door. Always pleasant and welcoming. And the same is true in the store. All my questions are answered according to my needs. I love it!! Thanks to everyone at the store.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. I will say: I kick myself every time I get home from RIZE and realize how much they just charged me, but they can't necessarily help that. I suppose they could, probably lose money then though. It's the nature of the market right now. They've got us by the balls so to speak. Anyway. from a lifelong head, RIZE UP has product that is pretty damn good, and there are some deals to be had. They've also got an interesting selection of locally grown (if I'm not mistaken), really, really pretty good and proper flower from time to time. I mean The Real Deal. Every once in a while you'll catch a sack you've just got to buy. It's usually three bills though, smh :) I'd declare RIZE UP to have been a welcome and much needed part of this community in a trying time. Imagine all the hand-to-hand, house-to-house — bong-passed-to-the-left while you're there — deals we'd all be going through during a pandemic. Without a storefront like this one, who knows? 4.6/5

I love Rize the employee are great helpful and knowledgeable about products. Service is fast easy to shop online. And for seniors you get 10% back I was so excited the first two times I went I forgot to tip I was so excited to receive money back. Keep up great work!

This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

any comments from people who are wanting to get in & out quickly seem to be associated with the medical patients who smoke their medication. every news story we see about how cannabis doesn't do anything for health is based on the common idea that smoking cannabis is the best way to consume it for medicinal purposes. the non-program doctors are hanging us all with this nonsense. because the most common use is smoking & we live in a democracy, doctors can safely say that using cannabis will do nothing for human health. in reality, they should be required to add one word. smoking cannabis has no medical benefits or harms. all the compounds in cannabis have a very low burning temperature & freebasing is the best way to destroy all the beneficial components of any plant. harvest of columbus is a family run business & that is the difference among all the other money changers & big pharm liars trying to transition safely, if it ever happens, to a cannabis based medical system. the people at harvest are the most real out of all the liars, cheaters & thieves that only give the accurate information facilitating a sale that benefits the individual bud tender. the bud tenders are medical professionals & pharmacy qualified. i expect more, ethically, from bud tenders as they are pharmacy representatives. the name dispensary should be reserved for only the recreational market. if a state has both recreational & medical the term for a pharmacy should be a pharmacy for medical cannabis. it's only right considering the state of ohio board of pharmacy is on the cards we print out. good job by harvest of columbus for being honest, ethical & knowledgeable. their understanding of terpenes is specifically impressive to me.

Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.
