Great dispensary & service, just wished they had a better variety of brands.

It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

Had the best help at mango today earlier today I went in. I had lost my card and I couldn’t pull it up on my phone so this young man helped me told me who to Contact give me the number just a fantastic job so I did find my card and I went in this evening and this wonderful young lady helped me she was fantastic. When I come to the west loop store I look for Jameel. He helps me the best to get everything perfect I wish the whole staff was that way .I really only want to go to Jameel.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.
