My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Trulieve stands out to me as one of the greatest dispensaries I've visited in a very, very long time. The customer service is AMAZING! I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

This place is off the hook. Worth the trip down cape. Love the atmosphere and the budtenders aren't just local stoners. They really know their product and which ones work for me.

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.

LOVE this place!! Today was the anniversary of their opening. We go almost every Friday, but we're very happy the anniversary party landed today. The BVC boothe was amazing. One of their amazing staff designed stickers for different strains. Other amazing staff set up a make your own tie-dye shirt area, with BVC T's of course. The best part is the staff cares about you!!..Us, everyone...they want to help you out whether you are looking for a relaxing smoke or you need it for medical use.
