When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion
