I recently visited and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff, particularly Kenny, were so kind, swift, extremely informative, and knowledgeable of the bud. Kenny took the time to answer all my questions, providing me with a wealth of information about the different products and strains available.

Purchased some pax pods today. Spherex and the lab products in stock and all well priced. About $30 each. They also provided a veteran discount. The long shaggy haired bud tender had good energy.

I am visiting from Arizona, and this was one of my favorite dispos I went to. The staff was friendly, online ordering and pickup was a breeze. I found parking nearby. This was the only dispo that gave me a veteran discount. I always forget to ask, but they saw it on my license and offered it without my asking.

I loved all the stuff in the glass cases. They showed you what some edibles look like outside the packaging, had alot of info on many different edibles, concentrates, pens, weed etc. Oh and i have ocd an nothing bothered me in there and it was a very pleasant and easy shopping experience. I would recommend it highly.

Ok so my first time to OK was here. I meet my favorite bud tender Taylor who helped navigate me through my choices and the services. She was awesome! Very patient with me and all my questions. Being from out of state I didn’t want to break any rules and I had little understanding of how things where being done. She quickly got me up to speed and kindly helped me. The Romulan was beautiful and delicious. Huge buds tight and firm. So when I got my second visitors pass I was sure to stop in again! This time even more pleased I found the best deals on the best buds! Straight forward prices on quality medical. You just can’t get any better than this. Thanks for keeping it simple for us simple folks! I can’t wait to come back to see what is on next months menu! You ARE MY favorite dispensary! Quality: I've tried the cheapest prerolls all the way up to the most expensive strains and can attest to the quality of every one of them. Their (recreational) selection isn't "massive" by any means, but they always have a good spread in stock. Service: these folks really know their strains. They helped me, a cannabis newbie, get a feel for the different effects I can expect between smoking vs. edibles. Atmosphere: the dispensary is tucked away in a small complex—once you're buzzed in, you'll be warmly greeted by the receptionist, then ushered into a side room where another employee will help you find what you're looking for.

I have been an Urban Dispensary customer for 5+ years and can't think of a reason I would go anywhere else. Friendly professionals and quality products that are always well stocked.
