Was shopping in there today, Hailey was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable which seems hard to come by in med stores lately, store is always clean and usually you get in and out pretty quickly.... would definitely be back..

Fantastic selection and the prices are so good I stopped hitting my regular med place. The bystanders go above and beyond and actually KNOW their stuff. I’d sent anybody here—first timers or seasoned veterans! Love it.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.

This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! He definitely went above and beyond with his service and for that I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm goin to the dispensary. Cheers!

I had been to a dozen shops in Massachusetts but after my first time going to Bud's (in Abington), I realized that this is the best shop in the state. Very fair pricing and great daily deals (Bud's "Lil' Buds"), an awesome atmosphere with an old-timey soda fountain vibe, and the staff is awesome!

Nice little shop. Service is friendly and polite. Nice variety of strains and accessories. Good pricing. They have 5 and 7 dollar grams for sale. Would recommend if in the area.
