Out of all the dispensaries in Maine this one is hands down the closest one to my house.

I wish I could give then more then 5 stars for staff and atmosphere always have a great experience. I like to tip was told tonight they'd rather me buy more product for me then leave a tip. Amazing staff

This is my go to dispensary outta the two here in Erie, people are awesome and friendly and also very knowledgeable, they can help you recommend a strain or vape cart for your specific needs the atmosphere is great, I've never had an issue with anyone here at this dispensary I'd recommend this dispensary to everyone they do a great job....thanks and see yah soon!

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

Absolutely love coming in and talking to the crew. Love the relaxed, bright atmosphere and being able to talk and figure out what's gonna be best that week bc my favorite strains are o.o.s... Plus, fun chances to earn free mmj is always fun for any one. The Grab bags are always fun to pick. Definitely worth the money and time to come in. The product and the Employees are always worth it, they're always looking for better, and pulling product that doesn't meet their standards.
