I can't say enough good things about this dispensary! The atmosphere is inviting and laid-back, making every visit a great experience. The budtenders are phenomenal—knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help you find exactly what you need. Plus, their inventory is vast and the prices are unbeatable. Five stars without a doubt!

This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

Sabu and YaYa were knowledgeable, hospitable, and fun to talk with. The product selection in the store is amazing and the prices are the lowest in the New York metropolitan area. Of course the most important ingredient is the quality of the stash which is truly fabulous. They were both incredibly gracious and free with their time. All in All a fun time was had by all. Although the shop is an hour away, this is now my go-to and only cannabis shop. I am a pharmacist and I know a good drug when I see and inbibe one.
