I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

I have been shopping at beyond hello in Ardmore for a couple years it is the only dispensary I go to they have the best products and the staff is incredibly friendly and personable hands down best dispensary would recommend to anyone and everyone

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!
