Stopped by 3 times now. Love this place. Edibles are a great quality, and flower is potent. The joints were rolled a little tight bc of the stickiness, but the flower is a good quality. Tried the Blackberry Kush vape, and it is fantastic. The hits are gentle but give strong effects. Will be back as soon as possible

I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! I am giving a shout out to the nicest young lady who was my cashier...her name is Haley. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in detail. The "store" itself was very clean and the entire experience from beginning to end was very informative and pleasurable. If it were possible, I would give this dispensary five stars!

Recently moved to NC from CO. And Kefi Kanna has everything I need from strong Edibles, awesome Flower selection, Carts , disposable vapes. And wait the best part is they have a smoke lounge and dab bar awesome atmosphere with great vibes. Day pass was only $5. They had electric dab rigs to use and rolling trays stocked with papers, blunt wraps, tips, grinders everything you need to enjoy a nice smoke session.

Great prices!!! I was able to get Chocolates for 10$ a 100mg compared to 25$ for the same at other locations. Very pleased. They often have great sales and promos. The staff is friendly. I'd recommend this to all medical patients trying to save money, as our health is already expensive on top of this form of medication. And my recreational friends too. There is something for everyone here !!!
