What did I like about my visit? Everything! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store has a very respectable selection of quality flower at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.

I thought they are all nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes might not be as engaging as they usually are, but no one can ever be that “on point.”

I came in a little over 2 weeks ago and Sarah was my blood tender was very helpful and knowledgeable in prices and product that was very pleased I definitely would request her every time I come she's a great person and a great personality and she gave me my choices if I wanted to better stuff or the other stuff and I like that makes you feel comfortable coming in give her a big blunt lol

Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. This is my go-to spot. The budtenders are all so kind and knowledgable and never try to oversell things. The prices are affordable and I’m always able to find at least something to help with my inflammatory autoimmune diseases.

Checked this place out over the weekend. Great displays for the products with everything nicely laid out. The bud tender was making my cart on his tablet so I didn’t have to keep making him walk everywhere to get my stuff. I was able to browse and read packaging without feeling rushed, which rarely happens at other dispensaries. The place was also nice looking and very professional. I may have found my new regular spot

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was!
