great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.
Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.
Sunnyside dispensary has a great selection of quality products, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Like wellness advisor Kiley and Hannah who recommended me some products, both were super helpful. The prices are competitive, and the overall shopping experience is really enjoyable and easy.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!
