WONDERFUL, WELL INFORMED STAFF! The best dispensary in Louisiana by far. Everything is so open and you can pick up and look at all the strains, even smell them! I would drive here from almost any part of Louisiana just to deal with only their employees.

The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even. It helps with many conditions.

While my first experience was somewhat lacking, the owner went above and beyond to correct and make their desire for patient service & satisfaction known. Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. I tried going to this a couple of months ago and it was shut down, so I lost hope id have a dispensary in walking distance of my apartment. I checked it on a whim and saw they reopened August 1st. interesting layout and good selection, knowledgeable staff, no complaints. not the cheapest but decent ongoing deals and no wait time. only ding was the scanner/point of sale was acting up but the budtender got it squared away. cash only.

They just released their own in-house brand of carts. The staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

I can’t even begin to understand how the recent reviews claims this places flower has mold and stuff. This is one of the ONLY places I’ve seen this far that allows you to see EVERYTHING you’re purchasing. They’ll show you the flower directly from the jar they weight it out of. They’ll show you some of their very affordable pre weighed flower that has quality for the price. I also found it amazing that all their electronic devices do have a exchange policy on them so I was able to exchange out a cartridge that wasn’t working on my battery for free. I truly feel some these recent reviewers were from competitors.

OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

And I the online pick up lady was amazing! Great personality and gave me an industry discount since I work at a local head shop! Excellent customer service!
