The best thing about packs is that veteran’s get priority. Sometimes the lines are long, and it helps for older veterans to go to the front. Thank you for doing that for us veterans.

I went here for the first time today. I had just heard about this location just last night. The very pretty (and very knowledgeable) African American Woman helped me pick out a few items I needed and she made great suggestions that I am enjoying a lot now at home. It is also is a very nice quiet, great little strip mall in a nice neighborhood.

This might be the best dispensary in the east bay. Prices are nearly half compared to other places for the same product. Black owned business. Super nice and friendly staff. Just excellent all around :)

I love this place it’s alway’s nice they have a drive through and now they have strawberry cheese cake and coffee best place ever so thankful for them there like family love the people love the professionalism love them! They are fucking rockstars also if you don’t have a lot of money they have great deal’s with a point system love that also! Like I said they are family thankful for them and there service! I so want this to be go to dispensary... lemi kno when you shelve some 2:2:3 or 2:3 2:2:1, hek 2:2 even for me need extract, flower ok, like 1:1 moon made... I would recommend finding a higher cbd : thc than theirs... tho... I buy it and it's real good so, trying two stains have not before both I acquired from bloom, pretty stoked bout what I left with and the price. raw garden and elyon both very good.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
