I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. S/O to the Rise crew in KOP! Keep setting the tone doing what ya'll do!

Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. I love shopping here, specifically because of Chris he is so kind, and helpful, I have built a personal connection with this bud tender, so I can tell when he is having an off day, which is hilarious because even then, AMAZING service, he goes extra miles to give you the assistance, and guidance you need with your meds even if you are spending 10$. Top tier service and I would tell any stranger on the street that they should work more to be like this young man.

I came in a little over 2 weeks ago and Sarah was my blood tender was very helpful and knowledgeable in prices and product that was very pleased I definitely would request her every time I come she's a great person and a great personality and she gave me my choices if I wanted to better stuff or the other stuff and I like that makes you feel comfortable coming in give her a big blunt lol

I need to locate a certain strain - Green Crack, because it helps with the agony I have in my right hip from a major car accident in 2016. As the strain has been renamed, only this location has been able to get it under the name Passion Fruit. Close enough, and even on Pastrainfinder it is not listed. You need to check the menu to find it, and the staff here were exceptionally helpful. The quiet and individual attention to detail makes this location above the rest in this area. If you can find it, they have it, and usually at a better price. Good parking and well maintained. Only complaint is they are closed by 7pm, and most are open until 8PM. It is worth the schlep...
