My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by and I'm so glad that we did.. We were immediately greeted and welcomed warmly by the beautiful and friendly Mo... She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I live right in Plaistow, NH, so it’s legit a 3-4 minute drive. There’s a few other dispensaries around the area and quite a few more if you just drive out a few miles further, but this is THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE AREA. In my opinion anyway and I’m positive many more would agree. Actually I’m rather quite surprised to see only 1 review on Leafly about this place, but whatever. Great knowledgeable staff, sooooo many products to choose from so you will have quite the decision to make and if you don’t have a ton of money, they usually have gram for $10 or pre-rolls for $10 sometimes even $5 now. And lots of times have $30 8th’s and sometimes even cheaper. Can usually always find a good deal. So there’s something for everyone. They legit have more bud options than any dispensary that I’ve ever seen or been too, and that’s the 100% truth. I’m telling you, if you’re live in the area or are just passing through…..YOU HAVE TO STOP IN THIS PLACE!! You won’t regret it.

Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

I love the variety of the different craft cannabis strains that are in every week.

I love this place!! I always get the Michigan cherry pie Preroll deal. It's $35 and you get some big joints in a cool metal tin, it's reusable and the particular strain is high in CBD and CBN. Best genetics ever!!

Aside from having phenomenal products, the people there are mental medicine. If I could live there, I would. My experience was magical. If you need medicine and love, this is the place to go!

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.

I live in Beverly and visited OWR today for the first time (found a specific Brand I was eager to try on Leafly). LOVED it! Order was processed quickly. Experience was smooth, efficient, staff was friendly. Will be back!

I had been to a dozen shops in Massachusetts but after my first time going to Bud's (in Abington), I realized that this is the best shop in the state. Very fair pricing and great daily deals (Bud's "Lil' Buds"), an awesome atmosphere with an old-timey soda fountain vibe, and the staff is awesome!

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to hands down. Sure, I’ve been to places with better bud selection available but their prices are UNMATCHED on almost all fronts excluding like concentrate. Also I’ve never felt so comfortable entering any place of business, every single staff member is so lovely to the point I just want to hang out and talk to them. They’re very knowledgeable on the product as well, you can ask these people anything. Do yourself a favor and visit Sanctuary on your next run because you will be anything but disappointed.
