Best weed dispensaries in Milroy, Pennsylvania with authentic reviews

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I’d recommend this place to friends and family alike! Awesome staff and awesome atmosphere!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Not sure what the fuss with previous reviews are about. Guessing they’re inexperienced with this process? I called in since I’m from Staten Island visiting the area. Super helpful over the phone. Emailed my documents, Came in, filled out form, and done less than 15mins? Only took extra minutes because I ordered a decent amount due to first time %20 discount available. Staff even helped me with the Brooklyn location and I’m definitely switching over to this Brand and location. Great experience and staff

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.

I had a great experience at this dispensary. The staff was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable—they took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and welcoming, which makes the whole visit feel comfortable. And most importantly, the product quality is excellent. Everything I picked up was fresh, well-packaged, and worked exactly as expected. Highly recommend stopping in!

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heka, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. Heka is not your average dispensary. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect strains for my needs. What sets Heka apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their products. The selection is impressive, and the cannabis is top-notch

My first visit to this dispensary, and to the dispensaries at the Reservation in general, and I was very impressed. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and patient. He even steered me to some lower cost product that he thought would better meet my needs. Overall I was very happy with the service, selection and quality. I was shopping for some people who use cannabis medicinally, so having someone who took the time to listen to what I was looking for was very important. They went the extra mile to make sure I not only knew what I was buying, but also how to best use it for the desired effects, answering all my questions with patience and a kindness. I’m headed back today for more and I would reccomend this spot to anyone who asked me!
