I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heka, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. Heka is not your average dispensary. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect strains for my needs. What sets Heka apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their products. The selection is impressive, and the cannabis is top-notch

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Great conversations with the staff, lots of variety in the cartridges. The transportation credit is another plus. First time visiting, definitely will be back!

Love NETA Brookline! My go-to dispensary for almost 4 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, impeccable and diverse products, and always reliable. Particularly appreciate the Specials, which as a Medical Patient, give me considerable savings. What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. Lovely friendly staff members, great deals and discounts, phenomenal products — the only store I’ve found in the Greater Boston area that reliably sells several kinds of my favorite brand of drinks. Made a special trip out here and will absolutely be back!

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I had such a wonderful, I had such a wonderful visit to top, notch exotics and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly and offered their own suggestions and each person that works as a specialty, you know, for those who are specific about how they like to indulge and and sometimes you could even be invited up to the lounge, which is very nice, makes you feel like you're in a friendly atmosphere, very high recommendation.
