I purchased some sleep powder from your store, because my husband is stage 4 C O P D , and was struggling to breathe. They were giving him steroids to no avail. First time here and this is the most chill dispensary I have been too. It was small but easy to see all of the products so you didn’t have to ask a million questions. The guy at the front was really nice and even checked in the back a few times to make sure that they didn’t have the product that I wanted. Sadly they didn’t but I was very pleased that he even called his manager to make sure. True customer service right there. Will definitely come back!

Divides in two enclosed waiting lanes once you get in; walk-ins and online. A few of us newbies to the store unsure of the cadence. Surmise online got preference and i did. Instead of hand signals the shop should consider a speaker system or human directing traffic as I see that getting interesting in a big crowd. Solid selection and Alexandria was amazing & HOT AF!!!

I’m always use Elements when I need to refresh my bud. I have always had nothing but good interactions with any clerk I’ve had. They have always been very pleasant, and informative to any questions I have had.

I’m disabled and don’t get out much. I truly appreciate the no fees, no minimum delivery service. It has become my go to for my cannabis. The deliveries are always pleasant and very patient with me and my dog. Very personal and personable experience.

This is the only dispensary in this area so people who live around here really don't have a choice unless they want to drive an hour away. When they first opened up rec use here, the flower was old and dry. At least what I was getting was that way. Fast forward to 2025 and everything seems fresh now, but I do tend to look for new additions to the menu and get those. I saw where some people were complaining about price, but I compared the same exact products with dispensaries in KC and the prices are exactly the same. It's been my experience here where most of the staff are very friendly. Maybe not all of them all the time, but everyone has their bad days, so I don't fault them on that. Overall, I'd give this dispensary 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for the missing star is they don't have as large of a selection as other bigger dispensaries. But aside from that, these guys are right on par with everywhere else I've been to as far as staff, price and atmosphere. I'm very glad they are there because if they weren't, everybody would be driving to Joplin or KC all the time.

The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even.
