great Colorado experience from this OG Arizona medical patient. This place has a great selection and excepted outta state medical for even better deal. The bud tenders were both friendly and very helpful in my selections. So glad I came here only wish I bought more.

The house brands are far superior to the big brand names and any other house brands/products. Even though I have a medical card, I get more benefit from the house brands, especially the Matter brand gummies (which is one of the house brands), than I do from the high dose medical grade products. PLUS, equally as iportant, if not more so, the shop in Trinidad has the best environment and best staff of any dispensary that I've ever been in. People like Ashley, Poe, Yvonne, Jen, Casey and all the rest of the crew should be the example that all budtenders and managers in all the LivWell shops and all dispensaries in general. The staff actually cares about people, and the folks I mentioned, ESPECIALY Ashley and Poe, have always made recommendations that turn out to be far better than what I had already decided what I'd get before heading to the store. It's always felt like my personal version of "Cheers" for as long as I've been a customer there, and always leave in a better mood than when I walked in, long before I get back home and use whatever I bought.

so far, the best price on Kaviar Kones in the state. as far as Trinidad, they have the best flower ( quality) that I have found . i’ve been to 9 places, 2 of them had prices, but the weed was painful to smoke. try this place 1st or 2nd when i’m town.

Went earlier today for the first time and picked up some ice cream cake that's fuego! The lady who was my budtender was very helpful and apologetic that they were out of some flowers. would definitely buy here again based on price and quality alone. My only downside is that the shared parking lot is rather small and limited but that's not really on the dispo.

By far one of my favorite experiences, during a recent 3 day trip. Friendly and personable staff, very helpful for a first timer.

This was my first time at a dispensary ever and both employees made me feel welcome and I felt no anxiety at all. First time patients get a free lil something if you spend 10$ or more. I was super stoked about that. 10/10

I visited this place for the first time just a couple days ago, and it’s definitely one of my new favorite stops. Some of the buds can be a little pricey, but I don’t mind paying for the best buds and great quality! Jake was my bud tender and he helped me pick a couple of strains to ease anxiety and I lm very happy with the products he helped me find. Plus, the atmosphere is stress free! Jorie at the front desk was new but she was very cool and there was no wait. Come here for fast friendly service with good quality products.

Favorite strain “sunshine girl” Torri was wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable. The entire staff is a good time and they play nice music.

This was a new place and was looking for some fire meds and they do not disappoint! I have been a medical patient for over 10 years and this is hands down my new favorite place. The staff is nice and friendly and they are knowledgeable about their cannabis not to mention the prices are great too! They have the product in glass and a seal top to keep your meds fresh even longer. The buds are outrageously DANK! I picked up their deal 3 for 4. Got Lucinda williams is great mellow motivator sativa that rocks. SLH = Super Lemon Haze which is hard one to find pure sativa and that is a knock out coffee like effect but great focus. The Grape diamonds helped me melt away a sinus headache and was superprised how great it felt to melt that away. The buds smell amazing I have been talking to all my friends how this place has the best meds in town. I have 5 jars and my favorite is the headband cookies and cookies n chem! I have Super lemon haze, lucinda williams, cookies and chem, headband cookies, and grape diamonds. If you want Strong and very powerful meds including a really effects you have got to try FIRE FLOWER THEY ROCK!

One of my favorite dispensaries; I visited FreedomRoad for the first time yesterday, and I will be a repeat customer. The customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness of AJ and Penny made the experience; they were super attentive and informative and helped me pick out the carts that best suited my need. The veteran discount is fantastic here and significantly appreciated.

I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both
