It seems like a pretty nice place, there was a pretty good selection to choose from and not the worst prices. First time patient discount is nice too. I’ll probably be back, though I’m more of a “where can I buy the specific strain I’m looking for” type of shopper and not a “what strains are currently available at the store I’m at” kind of shopper. Even so, I do have a small handful of places I tend to come back to. Glad I finally tried out Mango, it’s been recommended to me a few times.

The staff and the quality of the products are outstanding at Best Bud+ in Kosciusko. The staff takes time, listen and truly help their customers. They consistently provide great customer care and I appreciate that. I’m on a fixed income and they offer discounts. The budtenders and the manager are fantastic and truly care. I like that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet which puts me more at ease. Some stores are very loud and it makes it hard for me to function well. They are always considerate of what you need. They make you feel valued.

I absolutely love the fact that they know my name. They know exactly what I need and usually have it ready for me pretty fast. When it came to changing products, they knew exactly what their products were and what I was looking for, so I didn’t even have to search or do much research. I love the fact that their glassware is 25% off. I got me a gorgeous little pink one I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs to go to a dispensary, a medical dispensary.

I was able to make my first legal purchase today, Katherine helped me out so much. She was able to give me so much education on different products to help figure out what will work best for me. The shop is clean and inviting. I will be back.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.
