This is my absolute favorite place to shop for meds. The strain selection is phenomenal and the cuts are amazing. They offer great daily deals and are super friendly. I literally went here the first time and never stopped. I’ve been to a lot of places throughout the state and this is by far my favorite. Staff without a doubt goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend the tarantula legs. ATM on-site as well.

All of your product is super clean and very smoothe. Each variety offers a unique and distinct quality that is rarely found. The Slurricane was exceptional as proven by the awards it's won. My friend described it as an instant trip to outer space. The Grapefruit Zushie was the most incredible weed I've tasted since the Sage the year it won The Cannabis Cup. It smelled like grapefruit and the extreme high was as distinct as its scent. It combined the potency of the Slurricane with the subtlety of the Blueberry/Cherry. The London Pound Mints also offered the same quality of a clearheaded and motivational experience as the Grapefruit Zushies and Oh-Asis. The 22 Fumez is my favorite because it doesn't mess around. I like it because you suggested it for me to try and it was spot on to what I need to calm me down. Marijuanna makes me buzz around like a hummingbird and I appreciate when something really combines well with my unique receptors. Thank you for providing a unique service. Everyone there is super nice, and the prices are amazing. Compared to any of the other stores I've tried, this place doesn't just feel like they're trying to sell you product. They take their time and ask questions, and are happy to answer the questions you might have. It's a super welcoming spot!

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

Love coming to Sunkissed!!! Not only is the product delicious but the staff is so friendly! Sunkissed won’t put just anything in their menu either. They always choose the right products or they won’t sell it. They always arrive in the specified time and getting delivery alerts is great too!

Had some issues with my initial delivery but they more than made up for it. They’ve been my go-to ever since; the flower is well cured and very potent and the carts are tasty. Delivery has always been right on time or earlier. I appreciate the texts for flash sales too.

fav dispensary by far. first of all it looks REALLY cool in the lobby and in the shop. so i would recommend going even if it’s just to see the interior. The workers there are super helpful and recommend strains that will be best for you and help you find anything you need. i don’t feel embarrassed to ask questions and they are super patient. i love the packaging and quality of the products as well. the menus are up on screens in large print so it’s easy to see. i would definitely recommend especially to someone who is just starting to buy from dispensaries.
