This dispensary is so great! I love supporting a queer woman owned business and the service here is always amazing. They are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is so fun and welcoming! I recently got a cart from them that was defective and they replaced it with no problem and were so great! Definitely recommend this place

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Wow! They’re getting medical! Stopped by today but unfortunately the tenders working haven’t been able to take the course yet. So looking forward to medical here. Ended up with some good recommendations for recreational flower. Enjoyed some Grandpa’s Cookies and wow… I’m getting hungry so I appreciate the recommendation on this to help stimulate appetite! They are super friendly and so insightful, every time I go in I’m always greeted with a smile. They really do there research and know what will suit you the best I love my visits there. Also that pleasant smell that awaits just beyond the doors is heaven to the nose in my opinion

Great dispensary, knowledgeable staff, and top-notch herb. only downfall, it is in New Hampshire and because of that fact it is pricey. The Chichester location is only 5 minutes from my work, so the convenience is cool

I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.

The white chocolate bar is my absolute favorite. Tastes delicious and love the effects and that it doesn’t matter what time of day I want to eat some. Best chocolates around by far!
