This is the second time I’ve received outstanding service from any dispensary, but twice at the same facility? Yeah, I know. These guys honored my voicemail telling them I got an incomplete order. They immediately called me back and said no problem, we got you, and I still can’t believe it! Best staff anywhere!

No bud ready? Can’t trust leafy what? Taken a chance when I order from them and sure enough today no order ready even though I received a message it was. Why use it it then?

Triple m always has quality products and a pleasant atmosphere

Triple M has an exceptional team I feel like family as I have been coming there for years Kimberly is such a welcoming smiling face every time I enjoy seeing her and she has given me recommendations which have been most helpful Dave is always exceptional and always is there to help Noah is also exceptional I have had the luxury of knowing him at another employer. Always welcoming caring smile I was so happy to see he became part of the triple m team. My favorite dispensary. If you're going to a dispensary for the first time or anytime, this one won't disappoint. Very chill, and friendly budtenders. They're very patient and don't assume you know what you want when you first get there. The atmosphere of the place is very calming and reassuring. Great place in and out. Gotta love the plant!

Such a beautiful modern looking dispensary, very clean and very knowledgeable staff. There was a product I’ve been looking a few months for and they had it. This is the first dispensary that I’ve been to that had a terp bar and I love that idea. I’ll definitely be back soon

The quality of the product here is hands down by far the best in this area. I've been to 3 other dispensaries, and will never go back again.This is now my home . They do also have some deals once in awhile at Breakwater.

I absolutely love this place! Only been here twice but it is now my only go-to in Irving. The guys are super nice and helpful. They are not pushy with trying to just get you to buy a bunch of stuff. Will definitely be back!
