Been going here since it opened and the staff is always helpful and the prices, sales, and overall experience is great.

Unlike neighboring retail cannabis shops, this place has a little class. For example, it doesn’t have show a lot of obnoxious advertising outside. Great service, knowledgeable staff, great product.

I've been going here for a couple of years now. Good prices and selection. The staff is easy going and knowledgeable. I have never felt like I was being "directed" to higher priced products nor rushed to decide. Over all a great place. I don't feel like I have any reason to go anywhere else.

Extremely high quality bud even for the budget conscious. You can get top dollar stuff but my favorites have been their lower end stuff. The staff here know thier strains and you can tell they actually enjoy the craft. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Very clean property and clean store, and the staff is always professional and courteous. 3 years of patronage and I'll keep coming back.

I had my first visit with Evergreen Market - South Renton, yesterday 03/06/26. As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. Floyd's in Port Angeles! Well, I’m still new to town, and I came from a non-420-friendly state, so walking into a shop and getting a bag of goodies is still a little like hippie Disneyland to me. But in a good way. I’ve been to a few cannabis shops in town, but I always come back to Floyd’s; it just feels comfortable. The folks are well-informed, well versed about all aspects of their wares. Today Adam was particularly patient and informative with me as I waffled with what I wanted. What seems to be lacking in the retail industry is patience and knowledge; Adam had an abundance of both, much appreciated. The selection is delightful and, well, I just cannot say enough, great prices, great products, great people. That’s a business model I can support.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I went in and asked about a strain in a vape and was told no one there had smoked it yet. As a medical user, trusting my budtender is a HUGE deal. I would rather hear "I don't know" than hear fake fluff about it. I trust this dispensary. They ALSO donate to a veteran organization that's helped me.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

I'm stunned at the negative reviews. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and I've never waited more than a couple minutes.

My job has prevented me from utilizing until recently. Commencement Bay - Yellow in Fife was my first stop on the way home when that was no longer an obstacle, just because I knew the location. I might plan to use others simply because of the distance from home, but if I'm in the Tacoma area, this is my go-to stop for my needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to recommend the specific products I needed. My main focus is pain management rather than recreational usage, and the edibles they recommended worked beautifully.

love this place. I just wish they carried Northern lights flower it's the only strain that makes me hungry and helps me sleep oh and takes the nausea from immunotherapy down. so please start to stock this strain please

The best customer appreciation in town. My budtender today, says Sam on the receipt, and his manager, went above and beyond. Had ordered my second favorite strain online because it wasn't showing the one I really wanted. After combining a half and two quarts to equal an oz and paying for it, I asked when they'd have what I was really after. Sam looked and they had an oz! Since I hadn't left the store yet I asked if I could swap it, unfortunately all sales are final and Sam complying with store policy, apologized and said he couldn't. Fortunately a manger/owner(?) overheard us and said if it wasn't online to be seen I shouldn't lose and told him to go ahead and make it happen since I hadn't even left the counter yet. I walked out with what I really wanted and saved some money too. They understand how to keep a customer coming back and getting an old fart who rarely leaves reviews to write all this.
