I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

Fantastic selection and the prices are so good I stopped hitting my regular med place. The bystanders go above and beyond and actually KNOW their stuff. I’d sent anybody here—first timers or seasoned veterans! Love it.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I live right in Plaistow, NH, so it’s legit a 3-4 minute drive. There’s a few other dispensaries around the area and quite a few more if you just drive out a few miles further, but this is THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE AREA. In my opinion anyway and I’m positive many more would agree. Actually I’m rather quite surprised to see only 1 review on Leafly about this place, but whatever. Great knowledgeable staff, sooooo many products to choose from so you will have quite the decision to make and if you don’t have a ton of money, they usually have gram for $10 or pre-rolls for $10 sometimes even $5 now. And lots of times have $30 8th’s and sometimes even cheaper. Can usually always find a good deal. So there’s something for everyone. They legit have more bud options than any dispensary that I’ve ever seen or been too, and that’s the 100% truth. I’m telling you, if you’re live in the area or are just passing through…..YOU HAVE TO STOP IN THIS PLACE!! You won’t regret it.

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

I enjoy getting my weed here the prices are great especially the last few months money has been tight so I can sometimes get a 8th for 22.00 dollars and two pre rolls for 10.00 dollars and it's a gram pre roll too. So I love it and I'm going to be going in a little while to get a 8th and a pre roll. Keep up the good prices.

My go-to place. Friendly service with great products. Every budtender there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their rewards program is top notch. I've already earned a cart and a pre-roll through it.
