First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

I recently purchased a sour tangie cartridge while it gets you extremely messed up with a nice happy, creative high the taste leaves a lot to be desired. If the name indicates a tangerine flavor I didn't notice it on inhaling or exhaling at all. It tasted, to me, a bit on the mediocre side. But it manages get you extremely high.

This was my first time here and I will DEFINITELY be back! Everyone was super nice and super helpful

I went over like I do quite a bit and dealt with an amazing bundtender/woman Bree. A very bright, bubbly, beautiful welcoming smile, gorgeous..oh and by the way amazing hair..Just down to earth... super chill she made the experience wonderful and better than usual and the staff is amazing there. Grand Rapids 40th St location absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and truly all around the best place in the world to get product. I have bad social anxiety and they make me feel like family. Even the security officer goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome.

My wife and I stopped by JARS for the first time, and we had an awesome experience. Lydia J, our budtender, was super friendly and helpful. She took her time explaining everything and helped us pick out some great pre-rolls and hash rosin. The selection was solid, and Lydia’s recommendations were perfect for what we were looking for. We left feeling really happy about our choices. If you’re new or just looking for good advice, definitely ask for Lydia J. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
