I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve had 4 different people help me shop (some of them more than once) and 3 different people check me out and every time they are friendly, timely, and helpful. I did miss out on some points, but no more! I’m all signed up!

Clearly, the best dispensary in Missouri. Very professional excellent Bud tenders fantastic selection. I truly appreciate the drive-through as well. It was cold last night being able to stay in my warm car and pick up my medicine. Very convenient.

I am very new to recreational THC and the staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful, making me feel at ease. I will definitely be back. I appreciate their explanation of things and their recommendations.

I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door. What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

Amazing food and beverage options in a beautiful shop. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff, they take the time to engage, educate and answer questions, shows they care so much about what they do they serve. Great products, variety, and prices. The Chippewa Valley is lucky to have such an outstanding store.

Very friendly staff, good selection for a smaller shop, and they mentioned they are currently building up their selection. Will be going back soon to see what more they add to the stock.

I just checked this place out for the first time and I’ll say that this place is PERFECT. Got to chat for a while and got to see the art on the walls. Its pretty cozy and not going for the discount apple store vibe some of the bigger places have too. But the big thing is the weed…. It smells so much better. Is a lot more potent, tastes so much better, the nuggs are chonky and got the good orange hairs on them, AND the high hits so damn smooth. I opted to not pay considerably more at the chain places for a similar quality weed. The bang for the buck is off the charts.

I have lupus and have an itchy, painful, rash on the palms of my hands and haven't been able to find anything to help it HOWEVER ~ I just tried Dr. Bob's Botanicals All-In-One Relief salve for the first time, and it IS AMAZING. I honestly cannot believe the results. Keep up the great work guys and thank you so much for this relief!

As a newbie old lady, they are very helpful with any questions from my very first visit on. They are very nice with a relaxing atmosphere and are just wonderful! They have good sales and they always make sure that I get everything I need!
